MY HISTORY

From the Start

I am Vaso Kouka, a person who has always been characterized by passion in everything I did!
3 years ago my husband and I decided to go to Uganda, Africa, as we were one of the couples who could not have a biological child. The truth is, we didn't mind not having a biological child, as long as we could channel our love and values ​​into another creature.

After a year of staying in Uganda and coming back, we never stopped caring about these people, their families and the orphaned children who were in immediate need of help.
However, our own personal help was no longer enough, as the needs were too many.

So we decided to go to Uganda and start the adoption process. I won't say that it was an easy task, but through this whole journey we managed to get to know and connect with people who were unknown to us until recently.
Our stay there gave us the opportunity to get to know the people, their culture, but more than that we faced the extreme poverty , we saw it with our own eyes, how much people suffer from lack of clean water, food, medical care and education.
I believe that access to basic human needs should be considered a fundamental right for each of us, regardless of color, religion and nationality.

So I decided that my purpose and my passion now is not only to spread the world the basic needs of these people, but organized through SAVEAFRICANOW to help them to make their lives better and to have a future and not only present in this life.
We must be aware that the sustainability of African countries concern us all, as it is humanity's future bet.

OUR VISION

We want to empower children and their families in rural areas in African countries , so that can take control of their lives and future. This will help built more resilient communities that are better equipped to face the consequences of extreme poverty.

OUR MISSION

Our mission is to take action fast whenever is needed. Many children in African countries are living in extreme poverty and do not have access to basic needs , such as food, clean water, healthcare. So, is crucial to supply emergency food pack wherever is needed, provide clean water, give emergency medicine kits, along with hygiene kits to young girls and help families with their children's’ tuition fees.
